Simply upload your pet's photo, choose your preferred art style (classic oil, watercolor, sketch, or Renaissance), and select your product. Our designers will create a digital proof within 1-2 days. You'll get unlimited revisions until you're happy, then we print and ship.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $79 ship free. Standard shipping is $12 for orders under $79.
What if I don't like the design?
We offer unlimited free revisions until you're 100% satisfied. If we can't get it right, you get a full refund — no questions asked.
Can I upload multiple photos?
Yes! You can upload up to 5 photos and we'll pick the best one for the design. If you want a portrait with multiple pets, just let us know in the order notes.
What types of pets can you create?
Dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, horses — any beloved companion. If you have a unique pet, just reach out and we'll make it work.
How long does it take to get my order?
Design proof: 1-2 business days. Production: 3-5 business days after approval. Shipping: 3-7 business days (domestic). Total: approximately 7-14 business days.
What materials do you use?
Our canvas prints use premium gallery-wrap cotton canvas. Apparel is 100% cotton or cotton-blend. All materials are carefully selected for quality and durability.
Can I engrave a message on keepsakes?
Yes — name, dates, and a short message (up to 100 characters) can be engraved on most keepsakes, urns, and jewelry items.
